Very Clean 1995 BMW 318ti w/No Reserve This BMW 318ti lived most of its life in Texas and then moved with us to Florida two years ago. It has been my wife's car since 1998 and has served us well. The car is very clean and has been meticulously maintained with many new parts. The body & paint are in straight and good condition and the car rides very nicely. The interior is clean and odor free (no smokers). I have invested over $3000.00 in new parts and repairs in the last year as listed below. The car operates perfectly other than noted issues, has no body rust or serious blemishes other than a small dent on the top right rear bumper (shown in picture). The car has never seen snow/salt is rust free and drives better than most newer compact cars. The hatchback and cargo payload is very large once you drop the rear seats down. I have yet to see a 318ti in as good condition on the road today as this car. Car is accident free and has only had two owners. Online reports list 3 owners as we recently transfered car from wife's family to my name. I really love this car and hate to part with it but we need to make room for a new addition to the family. Current issue with the car - tired head gasket. I found small traces of water on dip stick indicating that the head gasket may have finally lost its seal. It would also explain cold rough starts for about 5-10 seconds, but other than that the car drives and runs great. With the proper care this car can be like new with little work. I was quoted about $750 for a head gasket job by a local indy mechanic, but have already spent enough on the new addition. My loss is your gain - Other issue is slight oil leak from the oil drain plug - may be a crush washer or oil pan gasket and a slow leak from a steering pump hose but nothing of a issue other than a small drip on your driveway. AC works great but holds charge for only about 2-3 months...most likely a slow leak in system. I have been as forthcoming as possible with all issues and terms so there are no surprises for either the buyer or seller. Car is sold as is and is not returnable/refundable. Pickup is buyers responsibility - I am willing to work with buyer to help organize the pickup of the vehicle, but the buyer is responsible for all fees associated with transportation and/or setting up the transportation.
