I have all the German documentation for this car. The first US owner was stationed in Germany and found and bought the car. The army shipped the car back to the US. The car was restored back in the 1970s and was taken on a show circuit. The car now is exactly the way it was back in the 70s. I purchased this car in a package deal along with a restored 1955 convertible and 1955 coke machine. Eventually the rest of the collection will be on ebay. The car has a rare sunroof. I do not know where the sunroof was installed, possibly a dealership in Germany. It has steering wheel lock. The car runs and it is a power glide transmission. The car came with an original 265 CI engine that is has been rebuilt. The car is at John’s Auto Body in Imperial, MO (20 miles South of St. Louis).
