1971 chevy Factory SWB . This is a factory Swb, I am the 3rd owner it is as close to a old man og. as you will find , it has the numbers matching motor , trans, it has been repainted the OG gold. I bought this truck intending on doing a full restoration on it , but after taking possession of it decided it was too nice to tear completely down , Here is what I have done to it , New bumpers, new emblems, new inner grille, new outer grille surround, new factory style seat cover as well as a new factory style rubber floor mat. Exterior, is in fairly good shape everything is there nothing missing, the paint is good but not great, the body is straight but not perfect. it is not a show truck but a nice solid driver . Mecanically, this truck runs and shifts good , it is the OG motor and to my knowledge has not been rebuilt, the trans shifts fine and again to my knowledge has not been gone through either, it has power steering , and brakes , V-8 and 4 barrel carb. This truck has been sitting in my building for around 4 years it needs to be driven and enjoyed, it definitely needs exhaust , the OG single pipe finally rusted out , the tires are good prob 50%, glass is good, inside of bed has some patina where a aux gas tank once sat before I bought it. There is a dent in the drivers door now where my wife didnt see it . I can give a door with it if needed.
