POLICE AUCTION: White 1990 Ford F150 XLT Lariat, 2WD, regular cab, 40591 miles showing (????? - I would doubt this being accurate), automatic transmission with overdrive, VIN 1FTDF15N5LNA33450. This vehicle was seized by our police department on 5-4-10 because the previous owner was driving with a revoked license and was charged with DUI (2nd offense). The truck has been in our impound lot since then. The truck was processed through the Tennessee Dept. of Safety and awarded to our police department. We now own the truck and hold a clear title in the name of Church Hill Police Department. Our policy mandates that all seized vehicles be sold at public auction. NOTICE: We do not inspect or test drive seized vehicles so I cannot attest as to how good or how bad the vehicle is. However, I can tell you that this truck is rough inside and out. It does start easily and runs from point A to point B. All brake, headlight, taillights, and turn signals work. The driver’s side vent window is gone. Truck has duel gas tanks and duel exhaust. Gear shift selector does not work accurately (does not show what gear it is actually in). The interior and exterior are both rough (see photographs). After I have made a solid identification on you, I will allow you to bid without a 5 or higher feedback score. This vehicle can be viewed anytime in the parking lot across from Church Hill City Hall, 300 E. Main Blvd., Church Hill, TN. Sworn members of the Church Hill Police Department, their spouse, and their children are ineligible to bid on vehicle. Inquiries may be directed to the Police Chief.
