The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction, $500 deposit will be required for buy-it-now auctions.  This secures the vehicle and, once we have the deposit, the car is marked “sold” and is pulled from our retail lot.  The remaining balance is due within 5 business days of the close of the auction.  All monies must be “in house” before the vehicle can be delivered.
