1966 Chevy II 2 door post.I have too many projects so some have to go ! This is a running project car. Originally a 6 cyl auto , now 8 cyl auto. So here's the good : 355 sb, 10:1 flat top pistons. Comp Cams Xtreme Energy Cam, 284/488 , Edlebrock aluminium intake, Edlebrock Carb, New brakes all around including wheel cylinders, master cylinder and lines, , New flowmaster dual exhaust, Griffin aluminium radiator, new fuel tank and lines. Weld wheels 17X9.5 rear ( The Weld Draglights in the pictures are no longer on the car. The other wheels pictured are actual wheels.) ,17X 8 front., New B&M Bandit shifter, new trans cooler, All good glass, good bumpers, new floor pans installed, good trunk pan. new carpet. above average body for a 45 year old car..... Now the bad. 350 turbo trans with a bad pump. Parked the car one day and went to drive it later and no foreward gears. then reverse quit. If the buy it now price is met, I will install a rebuilt turbo 350 trans prior to your picking up the car.The body has some minor rust on the lower quarters behind the rear wheel wells . Small dent/crease on the passenger side ( see pics). Trim is decent for a daily driver but not show quality. Needs rear window trim. The interior is all there but is trashed and will need to be replaced, except for the new carpet. Needs some wiring work for the lights. .All that being said, don't expect a $15000 car for what I'm asking. Alot of the hard work has been done.With some time and some work it could be a high dollar car . That's why it's a project. By placing a bid you are entering into a legal contract .
