Vehicle Detail

Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 2010 Ford Focus SE For a little effort, you could save a lot of money buying this car! This Focus is in Florida. It was written off by the insurance company as a Certificate of Destruction, which it has. Most states do not have this classification. It does not have a title. I think the moron at the insurance company made an error, as the car had minimal damage and was rated incorrectly. It has been fully repaired and is very roadworthy. It can not be titled in Florida. The car was a rental and has 26,996 miles. Apparently, the lady driving it drove the front end in to a fresh water retention pond. The front bumper cover was broken and the rad/condenser pushed back (neither leaked). She then opened the door and let in some water soaking the carpets. The damage was extremely minimal, which makes you wonder why the idiots rated it C of D, Or wrote it off at all! Obviously this is why our insurance rates are so high! The carpets were removed, cleaned and dried. The radiator, condenser and fan shroud were replaced to make sure there were no future problems. Some water got in to the engine and trans, so they were flushed twice, checked and both work very well. There is no body damage at all. The glass and interior is perfect. The front tires have recently been changed and the “nubs” are still showing. The towing company left the key on and ruined the battery, so it has a new one. They also cut the axle boot and cracked the oil pan. These have also been replaced. I only have one key fob, so you need that and have it re-programmed. The air conditioning needs to be re-charged. This car runs and drives like it just came off the showroom floor. These cars currently sell for around $12,000. For a little effort, save a lot of $$$! If you are interested, please check with your local DMV to make sure you can title this car in your state. Many states, such as Kentucky will apparently allow this car to be re-titled in that state. I will look at any trades. Please ask any questions and thanks for looking.
