This is a rare 1965 Tiger Cub SR model with Certificate of Dating and signed personally by Mike Estall, Tamworth, Staffs England. There were only 814 SR200 models built and sold from 1962 thru 1965. The Cub was shipped on 24 February, 1965 to Johnson Motor Company, Inc., Pasadena, CA. All paperwork included with sale including Certificate of dating, copy of the owners manual and many receipts plus the last registration certificate in 1973, Independence, MO. The Cub has (matching numbers) and a clean Missouri title in my name. The Tiger Cub has been restored as needed and kept mostly original except for paint, front tire, handle bar, seat cover, knee pads, 6V battery, headlight, piston and rings. I believe I am the second owner, but cannot be sure.I have ridden the bike a few miles and it runs and shifts good. It is a smoke free machine and doesn't seem to drip oil. It is strong for a 200cc. The chrome rims have some pitting consistent with its age, and the speedo needs attention. The new headlight needs a 6V bulb. It probably should have a rear tyre to be roadworthy.
