Do to health reasons I am selling all of my collector cars. I will have others posted as they are ready for display. These old country squires or woodys as they are called are very hard to find and these are the most reliable and confortable cars to own. They are good for long trips or just taking a weekend cruise. I will try and discribe this car to the exact detail so as it protects my positive feed back. As stated by previous buyers the cars that I have sold they were better than what I had described in the listing. Please take time and read some of the feed backs so as it will make you comfortable buying from a person who is honest and is to old to benefit from deceiving anyone. This is a 1963 Ford Country Squire which means it has the woods panels on the side and back. In this case these panels are fiberglas so they will not rot or decay, again a benefit to having the newer woodys. The paint is all original with the exception of the front hood and top of fenders as some time in the past someone spilled battery acid on the paint and it made some irrepairable blemishes henchforth the repaint on those three items. The paint is exceptional but does have some rub thru marks from waxing the car over the years. I would have to point them out for you to see them as they are that unnoticeable. The exterior wood trim and inlay has been redone to look just like it came from the factory. There is no rust on this car anywhere and all the sheetmetal is original. The mileage shows 99,000 and I believe that is acturate but since it is mileage exempt I can not verify that. The interior is all original and it is showing some wear on the drivers side seat from getting in and out. The seats front and rear are in great shape as is the door panels, dash and headliner. It does need carpet as it is thin in some areas. The radio, heater, lights, turn signals, horn , etc. all work. The rear tailgate is power and opens from a switch on the dash or from a key at the tailgate. The drivetrain is all original and has never been out of the car. It has the 352 FE engine with a two barrel, automatic, and 9 in rear end. The car does have an airride suspension in front and rear and it is operated at the dash with two buttons. It was about a $3500.00 conversion that was made prior to my purchase but it works exceptional and is very cool for these old woodys. The pictures do not do the car justice as there is no chips or scrapes on the car and there will be no dissapointments when this car is seen.The chrome bumpers are showing some wear also and will need rechroming if you wanted a show car. It has factory 15 in steel wheels with new wide whitewalls and the smoothie baby moon hubcaps. It has power steering, power brakes and it runs great. You could fly in and drive this anywhere. I know I have forgotten some other details but call me and I will answer any questions you might have. I am not interested in any trades as I am liquiding alot of old muscle cars because if I don't when I die my kids will sell them for what they weigh and not what they are worth.
