Very Rare, all original 1950 Woody. Original owner from new to 1992. Always garaged and pampered. Original ash wood superb! Mostly ORIGINAL, very nice black exterior paint( some small touch up in door panel areas), beige top. all ORIGINAL leather/bedford cloth interior. Excellent ORIGINAL dash,doors,steering wheel.. ORIGINAL wool carpet thin in drivers area.ORIGINAL chrome with some pitting but untouched.. Good running straight eight. Worst part of car is left rear fender stone guard. Right side pitted as shown, left side guard is cracked. Restoration to 'as new' available,but would not be appropriate to maintain the 'original' unrestored status of this car. A decent used stone guard would be more appropriate.Bottom rear seat has one stitch coming apart between leather and cord. Easily restitched w/o disturbing originality.60 year 'ORIGINAL' cars are almost non existent. Especially in a 'woody'! This is the only one I've seen that is affordable.Absolutely perfect vehicle in 'Preservation' class at all major concours events. Sure winner! All museum cars are there for show, and generally not maintained mechanically from just sitting. Decent driver as is, but these cars demonstrate that an oil change/new filter/tune up/lube does wonders for their driveability. Luckily, all the parts required for this are readily available on E bay or thru several vintage Chrysler vendors, including Mitchell Motor parts in Ga. and Atlas Motor Parts in Temecula, Calif. and others. I will consider interesting offers.
