The title is currently held in conjunction with SECU and will be paid off prior to the final sale. Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable title fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Payment Methods: Cash (In Person), certified check, or bank transfer. Fees and Taxes: In state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Method of Delivery: The Seller will allow local pick-up or will agree to ship the vehicle at the buyers expense. Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to setup all arrangements involving the shipping of the vehicle. That would be paid outside of closing by the buyer, directly to the company providing the service. The car would be shipped the day the full payment clears the Seller's account.
