Vehicle Detail

I purchased this car the sale sometime back, The car was a make a wish come true foundation car. Kinda like a Kidney car but for a different cause...I've bought several classics in the past from this foundation and since I love old cars and have the means and knowledge to bring them up to daily driver or car show status I always will outbid my friends in the business to have it..This car came to me with 98,917 miles and now it's up to 100,007 , Most off that was trying to make something go wrong after I had serviced everything..Well when I got the car the top was okay with a few rust bubbles under the top about 5 or 6 of them and when the old top was pulled up it was really old specs of metal that over time turned to big pebbles of rust ..so the top was fine with a little surface rust here and there but the top was sealed and primed before the new top was installed..The Floor board had a small hole maybe 4 or 5 inches around at the most that was repaired with a small peice of sheetmetal and sealed, the hole was on the pass side front middle.. The brakes were checked and the right rear wheel cylinder was seeping so we replaced that and resurfaced and adjusted all the drums. The tires were okay but I wanted bright new white walls they are new 215 75 14" The ac system as been completely replaced with the correct compressor and lines..Some times the air blows on the floorboard and I think it might vacuum related, I'll try and fix it before the car is sold. I had my interior guy go around the inside of the car and take of any imperfections that it may have had, But nothing on the interior was replaced it's still all original..And the seats have not been resprayed that's the original color and condition.. Heater work great with no issues and the blower motor is starting to make a little noise from the worn out bearing inside...I'll include a new fan motor with the car .I'll get one from Bird's Nest on Monday..I disassembled the filter, valve covers, coolant reservoir, vacuum canister and several other things and shot them in the correct colors and then applied the correct customer info stickers ond tags throughout the entire vehicle...The points, condensor , and distributor cap and rotor button have also been replaced..Actually there was nothing wrong with these parts I did'nt want something as inexpensive as this to give someone else any problems.. We also did new valve cover gaskets while they were off.. The paint was redone in base clear before I got it and the job is very nice ,No overspray or paint lines anywhere someone took this car apart.. Now the body does have a few nicks here and spots here and there that I have touched up , But it's not too bad and you have to walk up closer than 5 or 6 feet to even start to find them ..There were about six spots like this on the entire car..I have seen other ads about cars this age and they say FREE of Rust or No Rust Anywhere and say to myself the car I'm looking at does'nt look like it's disassembled and ground up restored so how do they know. .I'm just being honest that I know that I have a super nice turn key 1963 Thunderbird with Cold A/C that has a lot less than average rust in a few spots..I'm a pretty particular person about my cars and the cars my business sells in SC and on Ebay... My feedback was perfect until a nutty customer who bought right hand drive mini cooper from the 70's left bad feedback after weeks when she found an oil leak that her LOCAL mechanic charged $1500 dollars to fix.. Yet he did'nt and I had to tell him to look at the O ring on the sending unit that's the first place to look on a 1.3 Austin Leyland motor..That fixed the problem she then apoligized but the feedback can't be reviewed or removed until i've done 1000 transactions.Just wanted to let people know that I do good business..Look at the rest of my feedback it's been outstanding..
