The 380 slc was only made for one year (1981) and there were less than 1,500 produced altogether. This lovely California survivor, runs, drives, and looks great! The engine (3.8 lt. V-8) starts right up and sounds very healthy. The acceleration is fantastic with substantial power. She does not leak, smoke, or make any unusual noises. The transmission shifts perfectly through all the gears. This car has been well maintained. The entire drivetrain is very tight. All mechanical, electrical, and climate control systems are in good condition. The air conditioning blows strong ice cold air, and feels great. Cosmetically the car is very attractive. The paint finish shines beautifully throughout. There are no dents on the body whatsoever. The body, chassis, and frame are all 100% rust free. All interior and exterior lights work like they should.
