Auction is for TWO Toyota Coronas: 1 1967 Toyota Corona 1 1969 Toyota Corona I bought these planning to restore them, but don't have the time. Condition: The '67 is in really nice shape and ran the last time I checked (2 months ago). I left it running for about 5 minutes. Buyer must pick up this weekend from Middletown, NY. Deposit due via paypal within 24 hours.On Dec-16-10 at 19:09:32 PST, seller added the following information:I bought these within the last couple of years (individually). Both were running fine when I bought them. They were driven to the inspection station and they passed NY inspections. Also, we had them registered up until a couple of months ago, when I let the registrations expire. The '69 didn't start the last time I tried, but it may just have a dead battery.On Dec-17-10 at 20:08:02 PST, seller added the following information:We're selling our house, and the closing is scheduled for Monday... I asked our realtor, and was told that if we put money in escrow (maybe $500, I'm not sure), and agree to remove the cars by a certain date, we may be able to extend the period in which you'd be able to pick up the cars. However, I'd need you (the buyer) to place that amount as insurance that you will pick up the cars. This will be in addition to the deposit. If you pick them up as agreed, I'd send you back that "insurance" money. Alternatively, perhaps you can make arrangements to move them to a local storage unit until you can get shipping arranged.
