For sale is my 1994 W124 Mercedes-Benz E320 Coupe with 149k miles on it. It was involved in a freak accident this past summer. I bought it back from insurance to try and part it out or have a parts car if I was to find another E320 Coupe. Unfortunately, I was not able to find a coupe in time under specific time constraints. So I had to buy a completely different car. Originally, this car was in excellent condition for age and mileage. I took meticulous care of this car. Used only synthetic oils, followed the recommended factory service intervals, and was only serviced by me personally or by my very trustworthy Mercedes-Benz independent specialist. I bought it back in 2006, I was the 2nd owner and put 60k miles on the car, having to only replace one or two sensors, and the radiator. The rest was normal maintenance, brakes, oil etc. Absolutely nothing was wrong with this car before the accident. It hurts me to this day that this car is no longer around. This was my baby, and it was my pride and joy and I took care of it like no other. Engine and transmission are in excellent condition for age and mileage. Had I not gotten into an accident, the car could've done another 150k miles with little issue. Interior is in excellent condition. There are no rips or tears in the leather, no cracks in the dash, minor hairline cracks in the wood but that's normal for these cars at this age. Going over all of the trouble spots related to the W124: A/C Evaporator - no issue ASR - No issue Throttle Body - No issue Wiring Harness - No issue Head gasket - Minor seepage at the back left corner (passenger side) but this is common with all M104 I6 powered Benzes. No fluid mixing, white smoke, rough running. Nada The reason why I had no issues with any of the problem spots regarding the W124 was because I assumed they were all tended for by the previous owner who took great care of the car. And they did because I didn't have to do work with any of them.
