Louis, which is where my grandfather purchased it, and I remember the day he brought it home in 1984. He took it to Arkansas when he retired in 1989, and began a 2 year professional restoration on this car. I have kept every cancled check and reciept from the restoration process, totally over $26,000. I have all pictures of the ground up restoration process. My grandfather died shortly after the car was finished, he only had enough time to put into 3 shows, where it trophied in all 3, which also come with the car. I have been storing this car in a controlled climate since 1994 and have only driven it to get oil changes and service.I love this car dearly, but it is not, and never was my style. This vehicle has been in my family for over 25 years, it started it's life in st. Louis, which is where my grandfather purchased it, and I remember the day he brought it home in 1984. He took it to Arkansas when he retired in 1989, and began a 2 year professional restoration on this car. I have kept every cancled check and reciept from the restoration process, totally over $26,000. I have all pictures of the ground up restoration process. My grandfather died shortly after the car was finished, he only had enough time to put into 3 shows, where it trophied in all 3, which also come with the car. I have been storing this car in a controlled climate since 1994 and have only driven it to get oil changes and service.I love this car dearly, but it is not, and never was my style.
