General upkeep such as Oil Changes, Alignment, Fluid Changes, Tire Rotations, Brake Replacement and all other General Maintence is the responsibility of the Buyer. Terms & Conditions Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE if the purchaser backs out of the deal! Your deposit will be forfeit if you waste the time of the seller by not going through with the deal for personal reasons! The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`. If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station. PA residents are responsible for all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase. A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end. GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Up for sale is a clean gas saving ALL WHEEL DRIVE 95 Subaru Impreza LS! This little car is a great buy for the coming winter! You will never be stuck or find yourself in a jam while driving a All Wheel Drive vehicle! Since this is a NO RESERVE AUCTION, you’ll have the chance to pick up this little Subaru for dirt cheap!
This Subaru drives like a champ and gets great gas mileage! I took it to my mechanics to get it looked over and we ended up replacing the MASTER BRAKE CYLINDER! The brakes are good to go! EXTERIOR: (Rating – 6/10)
The exterior is in fair shape. The vehicle has never been in any accidents so all the panels on the vehicle are straight and in perfect shape. The clear coat has suffered from some sun damage and has faded on the roof and on the hood. There are 2 small spots of surface rust on the rear wheel wells. The rest of the car is rust-free. The under-carriage is also RUST FREE! There are a few scuffs on the front and rear bumpers as well. I have posted all the pictures at the very bottom with yellow circles showing you exactly what I mean. Please take the time to view them!
I replaced the front tires, they’re brand new. The rear tires have about 70% tread left! I also put on brand new Hub Caps.
The engine is a 4 Cylinder 2.2 Liter! The engine runs great and sounds great! As I mentioned before, I replaced the MASTER BRAKE CYLINDER. I also had the AC recharged! It’s ice cold now. The transmission shifts smoothly and accurately!
As all the cars I list, I had this car fully detailed inside and out, so the car is immaculate! There are NO ODORS at all!
INTERIOR: (Rating – 8/10!!)
The interior is in good condition! The seats are all clean and so is the carpet! There are NO ODORS at all! I have a bunch of pics of the interior, so please look over them! There is an after-market head unit which takes CD’s and can also be used to play your iPod!
The mirrors are powered.
There are 3 minor issues with the interior. There are 2 tears in the rear seats, the fabric is coming off a little bit. The dashboard has a small crack in it near the head unit. The driver side door has a tear in the trim. All 3 issues are shown below in the pictures.

Fee and Tax Information: A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Temporary Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station. PA residents are responsible for all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase.
A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end.
A $5.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Please contact me if you need more than a weeks time to pick up your vehicle prior to bidding!
Due to the fact that Paypal charges a roughly 3% surcharge for every transaction, I will ask that you do NOT pay me the balance of the vehicle with Paypal. If you want to pay anything over the $500.00 deposit via Paypal, you will need to cover the 3% surcharge as well. To avoid extra costs and fees, please pay through my 2 preferred payment methods, COD (Cash on Delivery) or Certified Bank's Checks!
