JUST IN TIME FOR WINTER DRIVING! 1993 Toyota Landcruiser FZJ80 4.5L 1FZ-FE Engine (most desirable 230hp engine) automatic 4x4 Dark Gray Metallic/Blue Slate Pristine condition Non-smoker/Non-tobacco use Garaged No accidents! New BF Goodrich All Terrain Tires New Brakes New Shocks New Windshield New Radiator New OE Toyota "Landcruiser" carpet floormats Alpine AM/FM/CD player Sunroof running boards roof rack tinted glass towing package 1993 Toyota Landcruiser Full-time 4WD. This vehicle is one of the last true Landcruisers with straight axles. It is a very capable 4x4 and is built like a tank.... with Toyota quality. Regardless of the mileage, these vehicles seem to run forever.... Landcruisers are extremely capable vehicles and have a very loyal (almost cult) following! This vehicle is extra clean and provides dependable transportation. This one has had no accidents. This Landcruiser is finished in Dark Gray Metalic/Blue Slate over gray cloth interior. Below is an overview of the standard features offered on this vehicle. A Little History The Toyota Landcruiser was first introduced in 1951, when it gained visibility by being the first vehicle to ever reach the 6th station of Mt. Fuji. It was sold as a custom order vehicle, primarily for forestry and police departments for off-road work. In 1953 it debuted internationally, and was used extensively to carry troops in Australia (in fact, it became the top selling All Terrain Vehicle in Australia in 1997!). It wasn’t introduced to the US until 1957, It has undergone numerous redesigns and engine upgrades since then, and the Americanized version is a sleek and comfort-oriented version of those rough and tumble Cruisers down under! Specs As stated above, my Landcruiser is the 1993 FZJ80 with a 4.5L 6 cylinder engine (1993-1997), which is a stronger engine than the previous FZ80 (1991-1992) with the 4.0L 3-FE engine. Its fulltime 4WD, and has anti-lock brakes, automatic transmission, aluminum alloy wheels, a towing package, front and rear coil spring suspension, front and rear stabilizer bars, power steering, cruise control, BF Goodrich radial tires (including a full-sized spare, stored under the car) with aluminum alloy wheels, a/c, a premium entertainment package with CD and 4speakers, roof rack. There is power windows, door locks. It has a power moonroof, and running boards as an upgrade. MSRP $51,728 Dealer Invoice $44,487 Destination Charges $480 MPG: City / Hwy 13/16 Horsepower @ RPM 230@4800 Transmission (Std) 4 Speed Automatic If you are interested in researching the Landcruiser further, I would suggest spending some time on ih8mud.com http://forum.ih8mud.com/80-series-tech/ http://www.tlca.org/ (Toyota Landcruiser Association) This vehicle is being sold "AS IS" I have enjoyed this truck, but my wife wants a new RX350... so we decided this one needs a new home. It is extra clean; There are no leaks (motor, transmission, differential and undercarriage is dry), no rattles, no noises. The vehicle starts and idles smoothly. With new tires, brakes, shocks and a fresh alignment, it rides and handles like new. The view through the new windshield reminds you of a new vehicle. I removed the second row seats to haul a large box before the photos were taken and they are currently stored in my garage. I will replace them before the auction ends. All seats are in excellent condition with no rips, tears, or excessive wear; (the cloth seats have shown to be more durable than leather) I have considered every aspect and have described the vehicle to the best of my ability. I would rate this Landcruiser a 9.5 out of a possible 10. It looks and performs like it is practically new. You can drive this vehicle anywhere with the confidence of knowing that it is solid mechanically and the appearance is far better than most. It will serve the new owner very well as there are no scheduled maintenance items that have been left uncovered. We have the title in our posession so there will be no delay once your completed funds have cleared. Bid to win! The highest bidder will become the new owner. If you cannot wait for the auction to end, our "Buy it Now!" is set at $6500. I trust that you will find this to be a modest price for an exceptional Landcruiser. If you have questions or would like to make arrangements to inspect the car before purchasing, feel free to call me at (336)413-3198. Thank you for looking and Happy Bidding! On Dec-03-10 at 20:19:33 PST, seller added the following information: GOT Leather?!? If you have to have leather; As an Extra.... I have a full set of OEM powered leather seats (less third row) that I will include in this auction. that are a direct bolt on and (the factory harness already has the correct connectors underneath the carpet cutouts for the power seats ...just plug 'n play!!!) The extra leather seats came out of a wrecked '95 and are beige in color. You could redye them in gray and use them as is, but the driver's seat is worn pretty badly; I purchased the set mainly for the frames and motors. I had planned to get them recovered in gray leather at Tops and Trims in Kernersville, NC (This company puts leather in new cars for all the local dealerships and the quality is unbelievable). The cost to do this would be $695.... and Nothing beats new leather smell!
