2002 Honda GL1800 Gold Wing finished in a very stunning red color, that Honda calls "Illusion Red". This awesome machine is a real attention getter, and receives compliments wherever it goes. This bike has very low miles, and is actually a "Japanese Spec" Gold Wing. This bike was originally purchased by an American serviceman, who was living in Japan. Upon his return to the states, he brought this beautiful low mileage Gold Wing home with him.It has a clear Florida title, so there should be no trouble re-registering it. Being a Japanese Spec bike makes it somewhat of a novelty item, as it has such features as a windshield wiper and washer, which where not offered on U.S. spec.Gold Wings. I believe it also has more power than the U.S. model, as this thing is real fast! It is the ABS model and comes with manuals in both Japanese and English. It has all of the usual GL1800 features such as: Stereo with 6 disc changer, under the floor of the tour pack Electronic Cruise Control, Adjustable Air Ride Suspension, Height adjustable HID headlights, Intercom System, and a host of other features that I'm sure I'm forgetting. The front tire is new, and the rear looks to be almost new. (see pictures) The bike is very clean, and while not flawless, you have to look hard to find any of it's minor cosmetic imperfections. There is some pitting in the chrome on the leading edge of the lower front, and highway bars. The pictures pretty much tell the whole story, but any and all questions are welcome, and in fact encouraged. The guages are in kilometers, and it currently shows 10432 km. which when converted to miles is 6468. The frequencies currently programmed into the stereo are on the low end of the scale, and would need to be re-programmed to receive all F.M. stations. This bike is an absolute joy to ride, and when I picked it up from the Lexus dealership(where it was traded in) I took the long scenic way home and turned a 60 something mile trip into a 95 plus mile ride. Oh, I just remembered some more things! It has adustable highway bars with LED lights in them, and how could I have forgotten to mention "Reverse" Yes as with all late model Gold Wings, you get reverse, to help you out of difficult parking situations. What a Blessing! I have set a very reasonable reserve on this bike and am a motivated seller.
