Vehicle Detail

Why buy a satellite when you can have the real deal? Up for auction with no reserve is a rare, real deal 69 roadrunner convertible. RM27 code, B3 blue with B3 int. white longitude pin stripe, white top. One of only 1100 made in 1969. This car is being sold as is. $500 deposit due within 7 days of auction close. The car is complete, except for the engine and transmission. Do you want a hemi? Drop one in... a sixpack? No problem. Maybe just a nice 383? That's ok too, because this one was born from the factory that way, but with a bonus. Bucket seats and an automatic console! Throw in a power drop top and give yourself a christmas present that will only grow in value. Fix 'er up, and be the only one at the cruise in this spring with a 'vert. How many have you seen lately? WHAT IT NEEDS: lower quarters around the wheel lip, and by the trunk extension or drop off, running gear, trunk pan, and the rear frame rails under the gas tank have some holes and need replaced or capped. WHAT I HAVE: Complete interior, all glass, bumpers, new trunk pan, new quarter skins, doors are excellent, deck lid is in great shape, 2 hoods, 1 mint , almost nos hood, 4 sets of fenders in fair shape. Complete dash and steering column, new rear back seat pan. Door jams are perfect, as well as firewall, inner fenders, and aprons. I have an extra 8 3/4 that goes as well, plus the one under the car. Floor pans are good. The trunk lips are good, and the trunk lip numbers and radiator support numbers all match the VIN. I have lost the fender tag, but I do have a clear title, and except for the normal mopar rust, this 'vert is pretty solid except for what I mentioned earlier in the ad. Please read in full and call with questions. I welcome you to come and inspect in person. Please do NOT bid if you have no intention of completing the sale, which is a binding contract. I have described to the best of my ability. The black paint is primer to prevent additional rust that I sprayed on. Car has been covered. Car will not leave my possesion until check clears. Pick up only, or arrange for transport. I will help anyway I can. I have too many projects, and one needs to go. Hardtop projects are going for $4 to $5K, and do not have the value of this highly rare and desirable drop top. Note the new parts I have. (almost 3K just in extra hoods, fenders, and new sheet metal.) Some pictures show the new quarter skins just hung on. Todd 270-670-5574 Mopar, hemi, superbee, GTX and plymouth, dodge, chrysler. 383, 440, 426 engines. Baddest muscle cars in the world.
