I bought this great car on EBAY in June 2008. First time in my life ever to buy a car without driving it but I trusted the seller and he didn't mislead me. I am 62 years old and have owned 13 brand new cars including Cadillac and Lincoln and this is the BEST car I have ever had. I am only selling it because I am moving abroad and do not want to store it or just have it sitting. This car is not new but it is in very good condition and loaded with options. The only thing that I know that is wrong with the car is the automatic trunk opener and closer quit working about 4 months ago. It must be a sensor or something because the warning display on the dash indicates the trunk is open when it is firmly closed. I took it to the BMW dealer and they could not tell me what was wrong with it but could fix it for $700. I decided to use the key when I wanted in the trunk. The car has almost 128,000 miles but I have changed the oil, using Mobil 1 synthetic, every 4,000 miles. I love driving this car because when you say pass, it passes. I get 23 miles a gallon on the highway at 75-80 mph. I have not had any mechanical problem with the car. There are a couple of scratches on the driver side front leather seat where some apparently got into and out of the car with a screwdriver or something in their back pocket. If you buy this car, I think you will be very pleased. I ran the VIN through AutoCheck and did not show the car has ever been in a wreck although it may have been a rental or fleet vehicle at one time as I am the 4th owner. Regardless, I am happy i bought this car and I think you will be too.
