Classic vintage MG Midget. My father inlaw was the original owner, the car has been carefully driven, maintained, and garaged since it was manufactured. I haven't driven it for several years, it starts fine, but could use a tuneup. 1275cc engine, clutch, gearbox, brakes, steering, electrics, are all in good working condition. Body in excellent condition, no rust, all original paint except front right panel which was damaged and repaired about 10 yrs ago. Softtop has two small holes (see pics). Odometer cable broke at 31,404, so mileage is unknown, I have driven in less than 1000miles since acquiring it in 1994 so guesstimate from my father inlaw is 50,000 miles. The last time I drive the car was summer 2009. The engine started fine but didn't have full horsepower until after a long warm up period, during that period the engine lagged and backfired when revved. The bidder thought this might indicate a burnt/blown valve or headgasket (possibly a $500 repair).
