Picked this up as a restoration project for $6800, but have to let her go. Super cool and rare 1987 BJ70 24 volt (NATO approved) diesel. This cruiser was only imported into Canada for four years from 84 to 88 and never sold in the US. A bit of a collectors item in the States in fact! Runs really good and people don't rebuild these engines until they are close to 600,000 km. Frame and quarters are rough though. To many Canadian winters! Started patching the frame, but this needs a body off restore. Know where to get body panels from Canada! Not safetied, so must be towed away. Could be a great project for a Cruiser enthusiast!
