__________1980 Triumph Spitfire__________ Auction Is for my spitfire which has been in the garage for 12 years. It could probably be restored if you have lots of time money and energy which I have none of. Car was running when I parked it but hasn't been started for several years, it does spin over with a wrench on the crankshaft. I installed a new clutch 1 week before parking it and it drove OK then. The car is pretty much complete but is also obviously rough. The drivers side floorpan has a hole rusted out, the canvas top is bad but the top frame works good up and down but needs lubricated. The interior needs replaced but it is mostly complete as are the the dash gauges. The glass is all OK. It is the 4 sp. and does not have overdrive. It shifted fine when parked and the tranny should still be fine. You will have to trailer the car home and it must be picked in Bedford In 47421 NO delievery Used parts for these cars are becoming very hard to find so don't pass up this opportunity.
