Interrupted Project Car! This was to be a custom built swoop coupe reproduction of a 37 Ford. Project needs someone to complete the construction and end up with a show car that was envisioned. I will try to list as much detail as possible and will gladly answer any questions you may have. Exterior and interior renderings were created by Eric Brockmeyer and will be included in the sale. What is here and comes with the car: Custom built, laser cut, full boxed frame, smooth finished, sealed and painted gloss black. Built around the drive-train with final finish. Main body constructed of extra thick fiberglass, partially tubed in the back to accommodate 335 tires on 20" wheels, fully supported with cage sections, hinged/latched suicide doors, bottom of body is finished smooth, sealed and painted gloss black. Double layered trunk lid prept. but not installed. Do have a front clip and hood that need to be fitted. Suspension - All set up for air ride system - Front has double A- arm suspension complete with bushings, ball joints and spindles, powder coated gloss black, Aerospace Components billet hubs and rack and pinion steering. Rear - Four point suspension with shortened 9" Ford housing, trailing arms chromed and all rest smooth and painted gloss black, shortened and race hardened 28 spline axles with bearings and C clips.Breaks - Aerospace Components complete 4 piston billet calipers with slotted and cross drilled rotors on all four corners. Rear breaks complete with internal e-brake. Engine - 408 ci Ford (stroked 351W) new crate motor completely built with best of everything, 10:1 compression, Edelbrock aluminum heads with full roller rockers, moderate cam, victor jr. intake, 8 qt oil pan, high pressure oil pump, Billet Specialties Tru-track system complete with polished A/C compressor, PS, alternator, timing cover and all pulleys, MSD billed distributor with Taylor wires, Billet specialties valve covers. All sealed and painted copper color with clear coat unless otherwise polished. Mounted on custom made engine mounts with bushings and stainless steel bolts.Transmission - brand new Tremec TKO 600 5 speed manual with Lakewood bell-housing, Spec clutch, hydraulic salve cylinder, short throw shifter, electronic speedo pickup and cast yolk. All painted copper with clear coat to match engine.Mufflers - not installed but included - Seamless, polished stainless 2.5" turbo mufflers and polished stainless 4" exhaust tips. (Correct holes cut in body for these already)Seats - Porsche 996 Turbo black leather seats can be included or excluded if not desired by buyer.What is still needed: Body - Need all four fenders and running boards, headlights, taillights and all hinges as well as installation. Body parts needs to be fitted and painted. Main body has been gaped, sanded, sealed and primed. Engine - Needs Headers, exhaust pipes, carburetor, ignition box, radiator, all hoses, fuel lines, fuel tank and complete electrical system.Brakes - Need master and all brake-lines. Interior - Needs complete interior with gauges, steering column, pedal assembly, dash, and finish materials. All glass and sound insulation will also need to be provided. Wheels - Temporary transport wheels will be provided. Wheels in picture do not fit and are not included.This is hopefully a complete summary of the car at this time. All components included are brand new and have never been ran. I have invested a tremendous amount of money and time in to this and am sad to see it go. UPDATE - A number of people have contacted me with similar questions, here are the answers for everyone to view: Body and Frame were custom built by Janow's Custom Rods, this car is one of two of this body style in existence. There is another supplier that can provide the remaining body panels. Interior is not finished and seats are not mounted, Underbody of the car is pained as is the frame and suspension. Suspension is set up for air-ride but the shocks/system are not included. The front clip will need to be fitted. Lastly, I will consider selling it without the engine/trans but you must contact me by Sunday morning. New pictures attached! Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
