All records since 1997. Original books and manual included. Florida car since 1997. Car is driven only on Sunday mornings to get a newspaper and cup of coffee. Real estate taxes force sale. Clean Florida title and can be exported. Ok driver and always starts without a problem. Steers straight as an arrow and stops on a dime. No smoke and no oil leaks. Stored under cover for last 3 years Plenty of life in the clutch and transmission is good and shifts thru all the gears very smoothly. No synchro problems. Has ac but not charged. Car has collector car insurance with State Farm that is only $300 per year. All records since 1997. Complete front end brake job including calipers, rotors and pads on 7/17/2010. Complete rear end brake job including calipers, rotors and pads on 4/9/2008. Recent service on 8/21/2010 with all new engine belts. Last oil change on 4/23/2010. Dash is perfect, no cracks. All instruments are in working order including odometer and time clock. The tires have approximately 1,000 miles on them. Suspension is good and there are no rattles, or squeaks. All trim on car including chrome is good. All lights work as well as turn signals. No cracks or chips in windshield or in any glass. Original gas cap present. Emergency brake works. 2 keys included in sale. Seatbelts in good working condition. Seals are good and no leaks. Release for gas cap, trunk and hood work fine. Door handles work inside and out. Targa top in good shape with repair done a year ago. Targa bar repainted 5/1/07. Minor surface rust on left rear quarter panel with 2 areas the size of a dime where paint is very slightly lifting . Two rust blisters less than an inch long on inside of passenger door sill. (water leakage over the years common to targas). Upon starting, tach jumps around a bit until warming up and then settles in and idles nicely. Car drives ok, but the engine does not have full power upon acceleration. The engine will need to be addressed in future to reach its full capabilities. Small split at a seam on passenger side seat. I am listing this Porsche for a good friend of mine.
