Finished in what is believed to be completely original light gold metallic over dark tan interior, this cool little classic blue license plate California car has been driven a mere 71,500 miles since new. As I hope is articulated in the many photos here, this 924 is immaculate in and out. It sports the 1.8 liter four cylinder engine mated to a 5 speed manual transmission. It has the removeable tilt sunroof, electric windows, alloy wheels, working am/fm/cassette stereo and more. This is a great inexpensive find for the Porschephile or for someone who wants a nice sunday driver. There are a couple of small blemishes and nicks here and there most notably some scuffing under the front spoiler lip. THE INTERIOR. Inside of this one non-smoker car is VERY good to excellent overall. The leather looks original and only slightly worn. The headliner, door panels and carpets of this car are in excellent condition. The vinyl dash board has some heat cracking at the top. All the controls and gauges work as they should, the air does not blow cold and the heat is excellent. Even the original cassette stereo works well. THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE This classic Porsche drives quite well with a very supple and smooth suspension. The transmission and clutch engagement are buttery smooth and the braking is strong and secure with confident pedal feel. The little four cylinder engine pulls well through the rev range. There is a noticeable wobble that seems to be due to the car having not been driven much recently. The tires have excellent tread. DETAILS DETAILS AND $$$$$. 1.
