Vehicle Detail
Vintage 1960 Saab 93f. This car is essentially rust free, but should be prepped for paint and for a proper restoration to return it to it's former glory. This is a two stoke, three cylinder, front wheel drive car. It is a single carburator 850 cc motor. It does not currently drive. I do have a signed title for this car, though it has not been registered to me, so is in the name of a previous owner. I do have a bill of sale for this car, as well as a paper trail establishing transfer of ownership from previous owners to me. This is all that's required by the state of Oregon DMV for me to sell this car. I am selling this car in "as is" condition, without any expressed or implied warranties. The photos give a good idea of the condition of the car, and the info I've provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge. This car rolls, though only enough to be winched onto a transport vehicle. It could not be rolled or be towed any distance. I have a 1959 93b that could be used as a parts car that I would sell separately, for a reasonable price, to the purchaser of the 1960, if wanted. The 1959 car is essentially the same, except it has suicide doors. This car will require a restoration and some finesse. The reward is great, though. Here are photos of the potential finished product... http://www.google.com/images?hl=en&source=imghp&q=1960+saab+93f&gbv=2&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai= I am not parting out this car. If you're interested in purchasing it, as a whole, please bid. On Nov-04-10 at 08:56:04 PDT, seller added the following information: An important update, if this is of interest: a slightly (!) modified 1959 93b set a speed record at the Bonneville Salt Flats, about a month ago.
