Vehicle Detail

DescriptionFIRST OF ALL - DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT BUY - RELISTED DUE TO NON-PAYING BIDDER!! YOU ARE NOT BIDDING TO LOOK OR KICK THE TIRES!! YOU ARE BIDDING TO BUY!! THIS IS A VERY NICE CAR AND IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION, READY TO DRIVE AWAY. IT IS NOT A SHOW CAR, AND NOT BEING SOLD AS A SHOW CAR! IF YOU BID, BRING THE MONEY AND PLAN TO PICKUP THE CAR. With that out of the way.... 1966 Ford Thunderbird Town Hardtop. NO RESERVE!!! Clear titled car. 59,417 total miles on car. When car was titled to last owner who rebuilt most of car, it showed 38,357 Actual Miles on the title. He sunk a ton of money into the car. I have the receipts that came with the car. Previous owner was unable to continue driving due to his health and sold the car to me. I have no room for it and cannot keep it. It is a beauty. I have tried to show photos and video of what you are getting. The car had sat for a few years after he was in an accident, and could not drive. The wire wheels developed some rusting issues, so they are not perfect as they were when he bought them new, which is a shame cause they ran about two grand! But they still look ok, at a distance. The paint had to be touched up due to some chips that developed as well. But as you can see, it is still nice, in my opinion any way. But you be the judge. Car drives and runs fantastic, like a dream. Engine and trans is rebuilt, and just on the larger items that I have receipts or packing slips for (there are many more) is: new brake lines, door panels, electronic ignitor system, OEM exact engine hardware set, ignition and headlight switches, Thunderbird Floor Mats, Carpet, Door Panel Carpet, Idler bearing and pulley, water pump, shocks, center taillight lens, power brake unit, alternator, 4 tires, trunk mat kit, fuel pump, AC compressor, RH LH Caliper and SS lines, AC drier, C6 Transmission work and parts, Torque converter, dual exhaust system, Hi-Po air cleaner, valve covers, trans lines, master cylinder, proportioning valve, radiator overhaul, Rebuild of 390 engine, window regulator gear drive, heater core, ....it goes on and on. This is just some of the receipts that are included. The car was built to be a keeper for sure. It also have a lot that I am sure is not included in receipt, like the custom stereo. It is an Auto Sound I think. It has the T Bird look, but has a cassette hooked to a 10 disc changer. One of the key things is the swivel seat up front this was a custom thing the owner done trying to continue driving the car. The seats were built to match the originals and made by an expert from Lazy Boy for the car. There is so much to say, but I will let you ask question from here. It is super nice, it could probably use a few more touches here and there like any other old car. But it is definitely the nicest T Bird I have seen in a long time. NOTE: THE CLICKING NOISE YOU MAY HEAR IN THE VIDEO IS IN THE CAMERA AND IS NOT THE CAR...I AM GOING TO BUY ANOTHER CAMERA SOON!!!!
