Vehicle Detail
This is a 1994 Pontiac Bonneville Sport Luxury Edition. The car is immaculate! It has been driven almost exclusively on the highway by one non smoking airline pilot since 1998. I've maintained the car meticulously, and kept a record of all maintenance and fuel. Recently I had my mechanic inspect the car from top to bottom. We found a few issues which were all fixed. We found a leaking brake and fuel line, slightly loose ball joint, and a bit of exhaust noise. I went high dollar and replaced all of the lines with new stainless steel brake lines. We replaced the leaking fuel line, filter, and sending unit, the right lower ball joint (along with recent left hub and bearing assembly and rear stabilizer bar), the battery, and fixed the exhaust system. The car did pass emissions the last time it was inspected, and the catalytic converted is in good shape. Overall I put about $2000 in the car in the past couple of hundred miles to make it perfect. The car starts in the coldest weather, drives beautifully with no vibration or pulling, and has tons of power. The interior is outstanding, with no rips, tears, dash discoloration, or headliner droop. When not at the airport, the car has been in the garage so there is no UV damage to the dash or interior in general. The stereo sounds great, though the cd player can be a little finicky about starting new cds. The exterior is also very good. There are only very small spots of corrosion above the rear wheels. The rocker panels and wheel wells are solid with virtually no corrosion. I regularly washed the car in the winter to prevent rust, so the car is in very good shape. The tires are top of the line Goodyear Tripletreads worth $700 new with only 18,000 miles and lots of tread remaining. The tires are great in the winter as well as wet and dry conditions. Other extras and recent maintenance items include: high end ceramic brake pads with recently replaced rotors, Bosch wires with platinum spark plugs, K&N Performance Air Filter, regular oil changes with synthetic and semi synthetic oil, lifetime warranty high performance alternator, regular rotation and inspection of tires for maximum life, and recent installation of a "Hidden Hitch" for use with a bike rack. As you can see, this car has been very well cared for and no expense has been spared. These cars, and the associated 3800 engine, are well known for their longevity if well maintained. The 94 model is a great year, as it didn't have issues with the intake manifold of the 96+ cars and it's actually easier to maintain. With the recent maintenance and tires I've put almost $3000 in this car to keep it running perfectly, but I'm willing to let it go for less. I expect this car to go well over 300,000 miles without major maintenance. My wife bought a new car, so now we have an extra car in the garage. Despite the investment, I entered a very low reserve for this great car of only $1500! We accept checks, money orders, and even credit cards through our business www.h2ohealthsolutions.com upon request. If you need the car shipped we'd be glad to drop it off at the local terminal. When shipping cars in the past I've found that shipping from the terminal north of Chicago converts into the lowest prices. We'd be glad to drop it off in either the Milwaukee area or northern Illinois. I'd be happy to help with any questions, so please feel free to e-mail any time!
