This motorcycle has been my baby since I bought it in March of 2004. I bought it new with 1.1 miles on the odometer. It has been garaged almost everyday of its life, and when a garage wasn't available it was kept under a cover. As you can see from the mileage I haven't rode it a whole lot but it has been regularly exercised and maintained. I learned to ride on this bike and it hasn't been abused but it did get layed down a couple of times early on. Luckily I was barely moving. There are a couple of scratches on the bike; one on the back of the front fender, and one on the tank. There are a couple of small chips on the tank as well. I have added a few accessories: a sissy bar, saddlebag guards, and saddlebags. I am also including my helmet, the motorcycle cover, and some rain gear and gloves. The tires are original and are in very good shape. The battery is one year old, and I just put a new air filter in it. Other than that I haven't had to repair anything else, just changing oil and oiling the chain. As far as fuel economy goes this bike is hard to beat. My average was 80 MPG on the highway. Even though the tank is only 2.6 gallons it lasts almost 200 miles. This bike will do long distance runs, but it would be an excellent in-town vehicle as well. Perfect for a college student, or anyone who wants to learn to ride. It is light and handles great. That pretty much sums it up. If there are any questions please feel free to ask. The title is clear and I do have the owner's manual as well. At this time I do not have any way to crate up this bike to ship it so it is local pickup only.
