1986 Honda VF1000R

This auction is for a 1986 Honda VF1000R that was bought over 4 years ago and was stored with the intentions of bringing it back to its former glory. Unfortunately I've had to many projects over the years and I never really got around to doing anything with this bike other than storing it in the basement. As you can see in the pictures the bike does need some tender loving care to be brought back to its original condition. If memory serves me correctly the original owner laid the bike down and there is some damage to the exhaust system and minor nicks and scratches, aswell as a few screws missing here and there. Before being forgotten in a corner the bike ran fine and tracked perfectly straight. The motorcycle is located in Brooklyn, N.Y. pick-up and delivery is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.
