The paint is very nice, clear and glossy, it has a couple of blemishes (chips), there is no rust or rot on the panels, the driver's door is a little out of alignment, as is the trunk lid, but both open and close as they should. The interior has been completely redone, seats, door panels and other trim, as well as rugs and sill plates, all door and window gaskets and rubbers have also been replaced. The roof has also been replaced, but has one small tear over the sun visor, it has been repaired and looks ok, the back window is like new and the power top works perfectly. This vehicle has a 265 engine with an automatic transmission and power steering. The engine and transmission were both overhauled at the time of the restoration, as were all the other mechanical components in the vehicle. The engine compartment and engine are very clean and detailed as you can see. The trunk is clean and detailed with a new mat and the floor is solid. I have just replaced the gas tank, straps, sender unit, fuel pump and necessary lines, the carburetor has also been rebuilt. The brakes have been gone through as well, with a flush out, 4 new wheel cylinders, 2 new rear brake lines, adjustment and bleeding of the system. I have also replaced all four tires with Coker Classics, to match the original equipment tire. The vehicle has just been serviced as well, oil, filter and lube, all these things were done to freshen up the vehicle and make it a dependable car to drive anywhere you would like without problems. This beautiful Bel Air drives and runs as good as it looks and it will bring plenty of looks as you drive to your cruise nights or anywhere else you may go. I have for auction a very nice 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible, this is an older restoration of a solid Florida car, it was purchased in Florida and brought to Massachusetts in 1994, This vehicle as you can see is Sierra Gold and Adobe Beige, with an orange and cream colored interior. The paint is very nice, clear and glossy, it has a couple of blemishes (chips), there is no rust or rot on the panels, the driver's door is a little out of alignment, as is the trunk lid, but both open and close as they should. The interior has been completely redone, seats, door panels and other trim, as well as rugs and sill plates, all door and window gaskets and rubbers have also been replaced. The roof has also been replaced, but has one small tear over the sun visor, it has been repaired and looks ok, the back window is like new and the power top works perfectly. This vehicle has a 265 engine with an automatic transmission and power steering. The engine and transmission were both overhauled at the time of the restoration, as were all the other mechanical components in the vehicle. The engine compartment and engine are very clean and detailed as you can see. The trunk is clean and detailed with a new mat and the floor is solid. I have just replaced the gas tank, straps, sender unit, fuel pump and necessary lines, the carburetor has also been rebuilt. The brakes have been gone through as well, with a flush out, 4 new wheel cylinders, 2 new rear brake lines, adjustment and bleeding of the system. I have also replaced all four tires with Coker Classics, to match the original equipment tire. The vehicle has just been serviced as well, oil, filter and lube, all these things were done to freshen up the vehicle and make it a dependable car to drive anywhere you would like without problems. This beautiful Bel Air drives and runs as good as it looks and it will bring plenty of looks as you drive to your cruise nights or anywhere else you may go.
