If your looking for a dependable truck you could trust to drive across country this is it. I have taken it to and from Iowa several times on trips back to my home state for hunting and fishing without any problems. Mileage is all mainly highway miles of course because I run a cellular phone business with several stores and travel all over the south region as well as midwest region. I have only had to replace the fuel pump last year and it has ran perfectly since. It does use about a quart of oil every 2000 miles or so. Also the A/C is not working and needs a new compressor. Everything else works great and I have used it to tow my camper periodically. Only reason I am selling it is because I have too many vehicles and I already have Ford expedition for hunting and hauling around product and kids. When you drive away in this truck you can feel peace of mind that it will run and be safe. My wife did run into the house with it when I first got it last year in April because her flip flop shoe got caught up in the accelerator and caused the damage to the hood and scratches on the quarter panels but I never seen any reason to fix it. I did check out the cost of a new hood with primer and it is $300 including shipping at http://www.discountbodyparts.com/catalog/?N=0&uts=true&Ntt=hoods. If your worried about the cosmetics of the truck then get ya one. The driver side headlight housing has a crack in it as well but just put clear tape on it and left it alone. Otherwise if you want a great work truck and commuting truck then bid away and enjoy. Thanks.
