1964 Valiant V200 Signet Up for auction is this super solid Valiant that just made it back to the Midwest from San Diego. The car is a factory hardtop 273 auto car and I believe it still has its original motor and trans. This is by far the 64 Valiant I have seen in probably 20 years. I havent ckd the #s but I know it is a 64 273 for sure and it was red. The cars only body rust I can find is a couple small spots in the outer quarters and 1 pin hole in the trunk. The motor turns over however I havent heard it run so Im selling it as a non runner. The trans has been rebuilt, the motor was rebuilt in the early 90s and has been converted over to electronic ignition. The car also has a fresh front power big bolt disc brake swap done. The front seats have been recovered, it has new door panels, new carpet, and new headliner. All of the glass is good. This car could be put back on the road in a weekend worth of work Im sure. The car has been repainted turqouise over the original gun metal grey. My plans were to paint it back the original color and put a set of Torq Thrust Ds on it. If you come to pick it up I will even throw in a complete 318 that ran great and a big bolt 7.25 to finish off the conversion. The car is sold as is as shown.
