We have been advised there may be a possible mileage discrepency therefore we will be selling this vehicle "TMU" not actual miles. Even so, this vehicle is in excellent mechanical order. This clean and all original, Florida, Suburban has been driven, by myself personally, inspected by our local professional mechanic and she is ready to go! I must say, she shifts smooth and tight, you can hardly notice, the engine is quiet yet powerful all at the same time! The jet black exterior paint is in good condition. The tan, leather, interior is in really good condition looks and smells fresh with all the signs of being a non-smoker vehicle! Features 3rd row seating! The 3rd row can be folded or removed for extra space. Turn the rear seating area into a cargo area! This Suburban is comfortable for small or large family, it can seat up to nine with its third-row seat! Unless you absolutely need the extra space, the Suburban is still our choice for the best all-around full-size sport-utility. The hatch is made of aluminum for light weight. The hatch features a flip-up window, and being able to open just the glass is often more convenient when loading groceries or outdoor gear. The rear hatch offers a good view out back. Features dual zone A/C, as well as front and rear A/C controls. A/C is so cold it will give you goose bumps! Tires are meaty and are full of life as seen in our detailed photos. Features Dee Zee running boards for easy entry. Please note, all of our vehicles are free from any and all liens. You will receive a clean title. We have been advised there may be a possible mileage discrepency therefore we will be selling this vehicle "TMU" not actual miles. Even so, this vehicle is in excellent mechanical order. This clean and all original, Florida, Suburban has been driven, by myself personally, inspected by our local professional mechanic and she is ready to go! I must say, she shifts smooth and tight, you can hardly notice, the engine is quiet yet powerful all at the same time! The jet black exterior paint is in good condition. The tan, leather, interior is in really good condition looks and smells fresh with all the signs of being a non-smoker vehicle! Features 3rd row seating! The 3rd row can be folded or removed for extra space. Turn the rear seating area into a cargo area! This Suburban is comfortable for small or large family, it can seat up to nine with its third-row seat! Unless you absolutely need the extra space, the Suburban is still our choice for the best all-around full-size sport-utility. The hatch is made of aluminum for light weight. The hatch features a flip-up window, and being able to open just the glass is often more convenient when loading groceries or outdoor gear. The rear hatch offers a good view out back.
