schwinnvette Store Up for auction is a 1991 Chevy G20 Sport Conversion Van featuring a custom interior by Galaxie. It has 151,250 original mileage. The engine runs dependably and smoothly although the idle runs a little bit high, so it may require an adjustment. The transmission shifts smoothly and the brakes operate properly and efficiently. When braking, the vehicle sometimes pulls to the right. I had this checked out, and it seems to be the right control arm which may require repair or replacement. The original am/fm cassette radio has been removed, but I purchased an original re-conditioned unit so that it now features an auxillary input, making it capable of plugging in an Ipod, Cd Disc player, etc., and this unit wil be included in the sale. The conversion is quality, featuring four captains chairs, an electric bench seat that folds down into a bed, interior lighting, mini-blinds and window drapes. Please note that the exterior running boards do not appear in the photos. I removed these so that I could repair some rusted areas along the bottom of the side panels. However, I currently have too many other vehicle projects in the works, but the running boards will also be included in the sale. I have a clear, clean title in hand.
