Hello and thanks for looking at this great old 1982 Porsche 928 Coupe. The Best Deal on Ebay!! This is a limited "Weissach Edition" coupe, number 176 of 205 made for the US market. You can call me to discuss this 928 in detail at (217) 253-2299 days or (217) 621-2516 after hours. This was a recent trade in. The former owner owned the car for over 18 years. It has always been garage kept, well maintained and loved. It has all new shocks. The suspension feels tight and it handles great. No rattles. The interior is all original. Only the drivers seat has issues with the leather, but still very presentable. The dash is not cracked and has it's original "Weissach #176" badge. There is a good AM/FM/CD player. The electric antenna and clock still work! The power seats work well. The tires are excellent. The brakes work very well. The automatic transmission used in 928s are Mercedes units and pretty much bulletproof. The glass is all good and the power windows and power sunroof work fine. She starts quickly and runs great. The heater fan is not working, but I have not looked to see why. Maybe before the auction is over, I will have it fixed. AC is also inop at this time. I'll keep you posted. There is paint work on the right side of the car, but she looks and drives great. I have had a couple of questions about service records. The timing belt was replaced at 88050 miles. The water pump was replaced at 89298 miles. The work was performed by Sports Car Center, Kenosha WI. I have a stack of receipts here for the car, mostly preventive maintenance, such as belts, hoses, water pump, battery, shocks, tires. Thanks!
