1969 Triumph Bonneville

This is a rider, nice 10 footer. Bought as a father son project but son lost interest and dad has too many bikes as is. I paid $2,400 for this in May of this year. The engine was supposed to be a fresh build, I saw no documentation but it sounded and ran strong and looked to have new gaskets etc showing. We had some issues with it quiting from time to time and would restart with little effort, long story short took it to a good Triumph mechanic to sort it out. Fresh tune, carb clean, new wiring harness, coils, new chain, new tires, etc and $800 running like new, generally starts on second or third kick. Mechanic said engine was real strong. Paint on frame looks relatively new and professional. The sheet metal is generally straight few minor dings, no bondo and rattle can paint. Chrome overall is decent except exhaust, few pits on the wheels but they do shine. The bike is missing the horn and under tank reflectors. Mileage is unknown as the speedo works intermittent and tach needle is broke and what's there just spins round and round.
