NO RESERVE,SALES TO HIGHESR BIDDER. This 1985 BMW 735 I is not only very rare and desirable ,BUT IS IN AN UBELIEVABLE CONDITION, ORIGINAL NEVER RESTORED,it is equipped with the Euro catalysed engine (will pass smog in any state) and is originally fitted with recaros sports seats, it is also in a truly amazing condition. The car spent most of its life in San Diego California where I bought it in May, the car was driven all the way across the continent to Montreal without any problem, I am not in the car business but say a serious collector, and I recently had the opportunity to buy a 3.0 Csi for which I have to sacrifice this wonderful E23. You can see from the pictures that its condition is exceptional inside and out ,the car has never been painted and if you are familiar with the North American version, you’ll be amazed at the difference in the power and feel of the car, first the growl of the Euro engine is much more present ,not to mention how quickly this fairly large body can be moved, it is truly a driving pleasure to go through the smooth shifting five speed transmission. The car was thoroughly inspected and all the fluids and filters were replaced, so were the ignition cap and rotor , the steering and front suspension connectors changed etc…It will pass any State inspection with no problem You can drive this car across the continent one more time with confidence. The paint as mentioned is original, it has a few scratches on the RF fender and a few small dings too on the passenger side door ,on both rear corners, and two on the roof, other than that you can see that the body is perfect. The Ac needs to be recharged. The automatic climate control works so does the radio The dash board has a few minor cracks, if that is a problem for the buyer I have located a perfect one, the interior is not leather but is flawless. The wheels that are pictured with the car are BBS Mahle that are from my M535 E12 ,I would keep those but you can have the choice between several types ranging form regular 14 inches bottle caps to Alpina style 17 inches and a few sizes in between that can be discussed with the buyer. It still is on its California plates so taking it back to the US is straightforward, I live right on the Vermont Quebec border, making import export easy, we can ship this car anywhere in the world too.
