Up for sale is my 1941 Dodge WC21. This was a full frame off restoration restored to motor pool class specs. So it has a few dents and dings purposely left in it to show history and character. The hole truck was ether media blasted or wire wheeled to fresh clean metal and repaired where necessary. Very little body filler was used and I mean very little( I can't stand the stuff) plus most use it to cover up sub par sheet metal work and/or cover rust out. Rebuilt engine, transmission, transfer case, starter, generator and axels. New items include cloth wiring harness, tires, brakes system, gas tank, fuel system, exhaust system and canvas. It is all six volt and has a modern day air cleaner hidden inside an original air cleaner body. A fully restored oil bath air cleaner is included with the truck if you so chose to use it. The rear curtain canvas is original. I restored and reused all the parts it came with as much as possible so it is very original. I also have a whole bunch of parts extra that I collected over the restoration process that will go with it including the original data plates and rear bed 90 degree metal corners for the top bows. I do still have the original gas tank too but it needs restoration. the speedometer came from a donor truck so the millage is listed as 0. Approx. 50 miles put on it sense restored. This WC21 starts right up and purrs like a kitten, runs and drives as it should and all systems work. Restoring WWII vehicles is my pass time and this one is done so it's time for me to move on to my next one. That means letting this one go and that's my only reason for selling it. I have had it restored for a little less than a year now and have taken it to a few meets and driven it around so there is a little wear on it since then but nothing that takes away from the value of it. If you have ever wanted to have a fun historical military vehicle to show off and drive in parades and car shows this is it!!!!!! This gem was built five days before Pearl Harbor. I can help with loading but all shipping and/or pick-up is up to the new owner. If you do not live in the US then you or your agent must make arrangements for pick-up. Title will not be issued until full payment is in my bank or my hands. I will not take this truck to any maritime shipping ports although I will deliver to a local truck loading dock facility. These old military vehicles will not go modern day highway speeds nor is it good for them or safe to be run at top rated speeds (50mph max) so trailering it is a must. I can store it for up to a month but full payment is due in 7 days. This truck is also listed locally so I reserve the right to end this action early. Thanks for looking and good luck with the action.
