Because we have limited storage space, we require that all vehicles be picked up within fifteen days of an auction completion. Please ask for allowance of additional days for loading during the auction! Otherwise, storage charges after fifteen days will be charged at $15/day. Vehicle as-is and the buyer is responsible for transportation and all taxes and fees associated with registration and purchase. 8Vehicle Title policy In the State of Pennsylvania, title to the vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles and all sales are through a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Pennsylvania. Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking. 9Vehicle dealership bidder policy We do not sell to other auto mobile dealers through our internet auctions. Auto dealers may purchase this vehicle only at the buy it now price if it is offered, and will purchase this vehicle as-is with no warranty. The unconditional guarantee insurance is not offered to auto dealers. We will not assign a title to an auto mobile dealership, unless pre-approved before the sale. Auto dealerships will also pay an additional $265 doc fee. There are no exceptions to this policy. Registration, title and fees: All taxes and tag fees payable by the buyer. Some things to note: Final price does not include sales tax, tag fees, or our dealer doc/preparation fee of $230.00 which is due on all sales. This $230.00 fee is applied to our existing and future expenses which are needed for the winner of the vehicle. This additional fee is for registration of all federal and state documents for the car, all local authority document, transfer of all documents for this vehicle from our company to the buyer, executing vehicle title transfers, messenger's fees, notary fee's, handling all documents for this vehicle and any additional services which are needed for the winner of the vehicle. $35.00 for the renaming and shipment of your title from Harrisburg with DHL/FEDEX, etc. This fee is not negotiable and dealers are included. Pennsylvania residents must additionally pay all taxes, registration, tag and title fees. Out of state residents do not pay any taxes with us, but are subject to registration fees and/or taxes in their state.
