Hello you are looking at a 1978 cj5 jeep with 4-wheel drive and a manuel 3 speed transmission.The jeep is blue in color and has a blue bimini top and a black full top with doors.The jeep has lockout hubs I believe they are warn locking hubs.The jeep is shwing 78.042 miles I dont know if its the orginial miles or if it has rolled over.The guages work on the jeep I dont know if the heater works.The jeep was bought in the condition that you see and was put up to restore later.Other projects and a lack of time has prevent me from starting on the jeep,the jeep drves and runs good.The drivetrain is good on the jeep the motor sounds good it has a header on it the transmission shifts as it should and the 4-wheel drive works.There is some rust on the jeep the window frame has had some body filler put on it and the rear has had some also .There is rust by the drivers seat and in behind the rear seat it is rusted thru at these places ,the frame seems to be pretty solid I have not really crawled around under it .The jeep would make a daily driver with a little work or it would be a good one to restore,The hood on jeep looks as if it has had a renegade decal on it at one time but it has faded away.The jeep is sold as/is you are buying a used jeep not new so it will have dings and dents and rust dont expect new.The jeep is for sale locally so I may end the auction at any time.Good luck on your bidding this is a no reserve auction so bid to win.
