Up for auction is a 2001 Dodge Dakota 4 x 4 pickup truck with black interior/exterior. I purchased the truck a few years ago on ebay for $2,500 and used it as a winter vehicle, but no longer need it. It is a solid truck with many new parts as itemized below. When I purchased the truck it had 248,000 miles and now has 268,900. Mechanically it is in good shape with the exception of the rear brakes which need the drums honed and new pads. These need to be repaired before it will pass a PA inspection. It is currently not inspected as a result. The four wheel drive is fully functional and the truck runs and drives fine. The engine light is on, but it has passed emission tests and drives fine. There are rust holes on the front fenders, rust on the truck bed above the rear wheel wells. There is surface rust in some other areas. I sanded the bed down and spray painted it in spots to prevent it from getting worse. The truck has a factory bedliner, manual windows and door locks. I installed a VR3 mp3/cd stereo with usb and sd card as well as aux input. It also has Audiobahn component speakers. The stereo sounds great. Other than the stereo, everything is stock. The interior is in fantastic condition. It is a good winter or work truck that should have many years of life left despite her high milage.
