You are looking at ONE OF THE FINEST RE-5's that you will ever lay your eyes upon, this bike is nice enough to go straight into a muesum or you can ride it like I do occasionally. IT IS 100% CORRECT (with the exception of the added inline fuel filter) AND in GREAT running condition. PROFESSIONALLY MAINTAINED AND CLIMATE CONTROLLED GARAGE has kept this baby rust free The bike has the ORIGINAL BLACK PAINT AND GOLD STRIPES ON THE TANK (with only a few very small paint chips- circled in the two pics) IT has the ORIGINAL "S" mirrors and the correct "S" grips and all levers controls and cables are OEM and in perfect condition, and like I stated the bike IS 100% CORRECT! tires are like new, brakes lights and guages are in perfect working order as it the engine, new battery, new fluids and is serviced and READY TO GO ON THE ROAD OR INTO A MUSEUM !!!! I rode it yesterday and it fired RIGHT up after sitting for about 3 weeks and it performed as it should. this is my 9th RE-5 and by far the NICEST ONE I HAVE EVER OWNED!!! I am only selling because I have another one that I am bringing back to life and it is almost finished and I do not need two of the same bike other sellers do not show enough of their bikes to tell anything, look at my MANY pics and if you need a pic of anything else let me know but I try to show the bike as it will present to you in person there is the very few paint chips in the ORIGINAL paint and then there is a very small "bb" looking ding on the headlight bucket, shown in pic, and that is minor and can be replaced or fixed other than that the bike is BEAUTIFUL and is RARE and is SELDOM seen in GREAT CONDITION AND RUNNING and very dependable so get an INVESTMENT you can enjoy and ride and do not miss out as I may change my mind and keep it.
