No Reserve! Listed for sale is a 1967 Buick Special Deluxe Sport Coupe original California car built in the Fremont plant. The vin # is 435177z103302 you can decode the vin at this site http://www.teambuick.com/reference/years/67/67_vin.html . The car runs good and you can see and hear it briefly on youtube. youtube address coming shortly. The video was taken with my phone so the sound does not due it justice. The car has new chrome exhaust tips and sounds awsome. I have only had this vehicle for about a month. Somebody payed me with it some money they owed me. Just payed the Registration so it is ready to hit the road. Registered through 8-26-2011. The engine is not the original, the previous owner swapped it out and said he had high performance heads on it. It has a new edelbrock carb and manifold with the boxes still in the trunk. He had started to fix it up and did not finish. He reupholstered the front seats, door panels, and put in a new carpet. Needs rear seat redone and headliner redone. It looks like it was a rag top, they took it off and sanded it down. Needs Paint but the body is pretty straight, and it looks like it has the original paint. It has most of the trim moldings in good condition. The wheels and tires are new and it starts up right away. The brakes need to be adjusted, they are a little sensitive and grab hard. This is a nice ongoing project, but I don't have the time to finish what the previous owner started. I have not gone through the car with a fine comb but cant see any rust in the usual places like the panels or windows or trunk. Somebody is going to get a nice car for a good price.
