This is a 1965 vintage Mercedes 230SL for restoration. The engine turns over freely and was running when stored two years ago. This is a 4 speed manual transmission car. This SL has both the soft top and hardtop assemblies included. Mileage showing 55,112 miles however true mileage is unknown. The passenger side window glass and cold start valve are missing. Please view photos below for details on condition, as all components may need restoration. A copy of the original datacard from Mercedes-Benz will be included. The interior door panel for the passenger side door not seen in the photos is included, however there may be some addition small trim pieces I am not aware of they may be missing. We have been asked about rusty areas, it appears the floors were repaired previously. There is a small area of rust at the base of the windshield on both sides, and there are rust areas started around the opening of the hood. I will try to post additional photos in more detail, or you may request areas in particular you would like photos of.
