This is a lifetime Florida car that has not been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. The exterior is in great shape, and the paint shines like new all around. There are no notable dents or dings anywhere on the car, and Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. Exterior features include headlamp washers and fog lamps. This car has the AMG sport package, which includes 18" AMG wheels, and unique front and rear aprons and side sills The convertible hard top is fully automatic. No latches, levers, or boots to mess with. This car also has a power roll bar and a wind screen. This car has an SL55 badge on it. It is not an SL55. The interior is also in excellent shape. The leather seats have no rips or tears, and aren't showing any wear. The carpets and door panels are also in excellent shape. There are no burn marks, and there is no smoke odor in the car. Both seats have power controls, with lumbar and memory. They're also heated. This SL has some nice convenience features: Power locks, windows, and mirrors; BOSE AM/FM/CD Stereo; Cruise control; Power tilt and telescopic steering wheel; Auto dual-zone air conditioning; Rear defroster and much, much more. The automatic transmission has a manual shift mode. It also has the Active Body Control (ABC) suspension system and ride height control. Safety features include dual air bags, side air bags, ESP traction & stability control, and anti-lock brakes. The 6 disc CD Changer is located in a compartment behind the driver's seat. The large color screen displays navigation maps and info, as well as audio system information. The GPS Navigation system includes disc #9 for the Southeast USA. Other discs are available on eBay or through Mercedes. There is also a HomeLink universal gate / garage opener. The 5.0 liter engine is rated at 302 hp and 339 lb-ft or torque. This car runs smooth and strong. The tires have good tread all the way around. Autocheck shows accurate mileage an no problems.
