And now your chance to own the legendary HONDA VF1100 nice bike that needs some help to get back on the road. would make a great winter project. water cooled ,shaft drive .over 120 hp at the crank. this is one fast machine while at the same time a comfortable cruiser. the bike will not power up so i dont know anything about the electronics or lights. wiring looks good with nothing burnt some wires are disconnected . there is oil in the motor no coolant in the oil. the motor has compression and the motor turns over when you bump it while rolling the bike. the tank has some small dents and minor rust inside not much rust i do not think you would have to coat it. the left side cover has a small crack but is still functional and could be easily repaired. the right cover and tail are in good shape. the tires have alot of tread left and ther is no rot on them at all. cable security system is in tact and is in the compartment wher it is stored. the seat is perfect with no tears. the switches work like they should. the brakes stop the bike and release when you let off . the trans shifts well and goes right back into neutral. the bike has jardine slip ons. the rest of the bike is stock. the carbs have been taken off and one of them is missing. i have clear title in hand ........no reserve On Sep-11-10 at 13:44:25 PDT, seller added the following information: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxjJqgJc2DI click for videoOn Sep-11-10 at 13:51:37 PDT, seller added the following information: also now that im looking at the parts it appears the aircleaner box is missing.
