For sell is my 1972 Blazer:( Lots of work and Money have gone into making this a very solid K5. This has been a project of mine for three years and is 90% complete. The big ticket items are done and the rest can be done to your liking. The bad list first... It needs a radio, speakers, roll bar, seat belts, air compressor, and air duct work. I have the hard top in fair condition the latch area is busted, also have all air vents. The rear end drips a little and the transmission drips around the speed O take off after driving. Speed O not working. The Good.... Body is in perfect shape and the paint job is late model chevy blue and was well done last year. Motor, transmission and all firewall items were removed to paint. The transmission is a turbo 400 rebuilt with heavy RV style stall torque converter. The whole cab was sprayed with gator liner. Seats have been recovered. New rins and 36" tires. Detroit locker in Eaton rear end and front axle is a Dana. 3/4 ton brake booster. Comes with full tiger soft top and hardware. The Awsome... The motor is a 454 built in an awsome shop in Morrsville NC. I wanted a big block with major hp that would run on pump gas (92 octane). On the dyno it made 512hp and 568 torque. Drives great and is geared to run down the road. 70 mph is not a push at all. Have lots of old parts from tear down.... Carpet kit that looked new, All window and door cranks, parts books, fly wheel, ac vents, seat belts, etc.. Avilable to look at, no free rides. Payment due 48hrs after Auction.
